Swordfish in a Cajun Cream Crab Sauce

This is a really quick and easy recipe to make any time. Swordfish is a great option and is very filling. I made mine with white rice but it's also good with couscous or any grain you like. This recipe was given to me by a guy at the grocery store because the swordfish was on sale. I started with his recipe but improvised the rest. This recipe makes enough for four or more depending on the steaks, but I usually make half this amount. What I like about this recipe is it's really easy and fast but it impresses people when they come over, all while only dirtying one pan.

Super Easy Customizable Burritos

Burritos are a delicious and quick meal to make for weekday dinners. The best part is that the recipe can easily be altered for preference. For this recipe I made chicken and rice burritos, but other meats such as steak, ground beef, or pulled pork can also be used and beans can be added.

Vegan Brownies

This recipe has been adapted from the Best Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe on Instructables to be brownies. So  the real difference between cake and brownies is the consistency so my goal is to change this recipe so that it is less light and fluffy like a cake and make it more dense and brownie-like while not changing it so much that it loses its delicious flavor. And of course I had help from the awesome Henywa.
